Get fit and healthy with me, Alexander. I'll create a personalised fitness training programme based on your needs and fitness goals. Each session will be further tailored as you progress, working at your pace, and optimising every workout. Let me help you achieve your fitness goals and transform your body and mind. Sessions can be at a local park, your office or home.
Cancellation Policy
My visiting service policy is different to appointments at The Practice Rooms. You can pay in full on the day by cash or card (unless using a payment plan). However, for security reasons, a valid payment card is required for a visit, whichever payment method is used, but will not be charged unless you cancel at short notice; if less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged £10 (cancellation fee); if you cancel with less than 1 hours notice or miss your appointment you will be charged £20 You can cancel or reschedule online in your account (create one using the same email address) or SMS/WhatsApp.
