Welcome to Fit For Life A FREE programme open to everyone, and it makes a superb movement companion to massage treatments. I designed this to be more than just a collection of routines; it is an evidence-based guide that puts you in control. Starting with the basics and then moving to intermediate and more advanced levels, it empowers you to create your own timetable and explains how to train at an optimal pace that respects your body’s needs and growth timeline. The exercises are primarily for functional fitness and well-being, but the potential for growth in Stage III is limitless. They will develop your aerobic and cardiovascular systems, build muscle mass (as much or as little as you choose), and teach your central nervous system to move your body with power and control.
