Agreement

By using this website and the booking system, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By providing personal details, you agree to its use under the privacy policy and that I may use your details to communicate with you.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date and provide any relevant information that may affect the use of my services.

  • It is also your responsibility to inform me of any changes in your health before the commencement of a session/treatment.

Cancellations

When cancelling an appointment, you are responsible for giving as much notice as possible to maximise the possibility of the appointment getting re-booked by someone else.

  • If the notice is less than the minimum period displayed at the time of the booking, or in the case of a 'no show', you agree to a cancellation fee as per the service booked.

  • However, this will be refunded in full or part if the appointment can still be re-booked by someone else.

In the event that I need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, then you can choose to reschedule or be refunded the deposit.

Punctuality and duration:

It is important that both parties are punctual so that the appointment can start and finish on time, in order that later appointments are not affected.

At the practice rooms:

The room is booked for 20 minutes longer than your massage time. The first 10-minute portion of your appointment is the arrival window and consultation before the treatment (which will not reduce your time on the table unless you are later than 10 minutes or complications arise that need further discussion). I aim to start your massage within 10-15 minutes of the appointment start time. This allows another 5-10 minutes at the end for a leisurely departure.

At your location:

I will endeavour to arrive on time, or soon before, but allowance must be made for unpredictable or unavoidable delays such as road traffic accidents and road closures. It is best if you are relaxing before my arrival in preparation for the appointment in order that we can start on time and get the best from the session/treatment. The appointment duration will be as per your booked appointment and starts at the appointed time or (should I be delayed by unpredictable or unavoidable delays such as road traffic accidents and road closures) within 10 minutes of my arrival, whichever is the latter, unless:

  • my arrival is delayed by erroneous or incomplete address and contact details (then it will be the appointed time)

  • and if the delay is in excess of 50% of the appointment time then the appointment will be cancelled subject to the following:

    • If it is the result of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances then the appointment will be rescheduled,

    • but if it is the result of an erroneous address and directions, then a cancellation fee will be charged.
