Cancellation Policy

Payment is not due until the day of the appointment, but a payment card is required to make a reservation. Your card details will be securely stored by either Stripe or PayPal, depending on your chosen payment processor (I do not have access to these details), and you will only be charged per this policy. On the day of the transaction, you can opt for a different payment method, including cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, or use a subscription or a prepaid package. Late cancellation/no-show fees apply: - No fee if more than 24 hours - 100% if less than 24 hours. By booking and providing your details, you consent to the fees.
