Cancellation Policy

Payment is not due until the day of the appointment, but a payment card is required to make a reservation (see My Fair Cancellation Policy below). Your card details will be securely stored by your chosen payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). I cannot access your payment details, but I can process the late cancellation fee if you don't attend (as stated below). Therefore, these details will not be used as the payment method when you attend. You will need to have payment with you. At the appointment, you can pay with cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, or a subscription/prepaid package (even if purchased after booking). My Fair Cancellation Policy Explained I incur costs and losses for late cancellations, which I cover with a flexible and fair cancellation fee. Here's how that works: - Cancel more than 36 hours ahead: No problem, no charge. - Cancel between 3 and 36 hours before: A 35% fee will be applied. - Cancel less than 3 hours out, or miss the appointment: A 100% fee applies. To ensure fairness, I'll process an appropriate refund for you if another customer takes your late-cancelled slot. Important The quickest way to cancel or reschedule is Online or through the 'Fit by Wix' app. You can also cancel or reschedule via WhatsApp or Messenger, but please allow extra time for me to action a change/cancellation, as you may still be charged the late fee according to when I can process your request.
