Service Description
This 90-minute massage is tailored to your needs and affords more time on the sources of tension. It is a full-body massage for 90 minutes, along with an additional 20 minutes for leisurely changing and consultation. It is highly recommended for everyone, especially those with multiple areas of discomfort, and it is also good for someone wanting an hour and a half of relaxation and pampering with the benefits of long flowing strokes and aromatherapy massage. As with the shorter sessions, it is a therapeutic Raynor massage that utilises essential oils in aromatherapy massage, acupressure and deep-tissue massage, breathwork, and assisted stretching. It will find and release tension throughout the body, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. For the energetic, there are optional warm-up exercises that include dynamic stretching, which allows for deeper relaxation and significantly better progression with the assisted stretches during the massage.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is not due until the day of the appointment, but a payment card is required to make a reservation (see My Fair Cancellation Policy below). Your card details will be securely stored by your chosen payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). I cannot access your payment details, but I can process the late cancellation fee if you don't attend (as stated below). Therefore, these details will not be used as the payment method when you attend. You will need to have payment with you. At the appointment, you can pay with cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, or a subscription/prepaid package (even if purchased after booking). My Fair Cancellation Policy Explained I incur costs and losses for late cancellations, which I cover with a flexible and fair cancellation fee. Here's how that works: - Cancel more than 36 hours ahead: No problem, no charge. - Cancel between 3 and 36 hours before: A 35% fee will be applied. - Cancel less than 3 hours out, or miss the appointment: A 100% fee applies. To ensure fairness, I'll process an appropriate refund for you if another customer takes your late-cancelled slot. Important The quickest way to cancel or reschedule is Online or through the 'Fit by Wix' app. You can also cancel or reschedule via WhatsApp or Messenger, but please allow extra time for me to action a change/cancellation, as you may still be charged the late fee according to when I can process your request.
